An Interesting History of Dynamics CRM

European MVP Jukka Niiranen shares an excellent history of Microsoft Dynamics CRM on his blog Surviving CRM.  He goes all the way back to our our own Aaron Elder’s roots at iCommunicate.NET and with the CRM product team in the early days.  It’s a good read if you’re interested in the original concepts behind Dynamics CRM and where the product is headed.
